Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Returns on standard products are accepted within 30 days of the date of purchase.

We are committed to producing the highest quality products while providing the most satisfying customer experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of any of our standard products, please call our Customer Service Team to request a refund or replacement.

A refund of the original purchase price will be issued for the amount of standard product returned to our facility. Customers shall be responsible for the costs to return the unused product except in the case of manufacturing defects. In these cases, we will replace any defective product at no cost to the customer. Please call our Customer Service Team to discuss your product.

Returned product must meet these conditions to qualify for refunds and/or exchanges:

Product must be in unused, undamaged condition upon its arrival at our facility.

Due to the nature of custom-made products, refunds and exchanges are not offered on these items. Please call our Customer Service Team and tell us your situation, what went wrong, and how we can make it right for you.
