Barricade Tape Options Options for custom printed barricade tapes.

Highland Converting LLC offers many options for custom printed barricades, message flagging and tags including film color, width, and thickness. The chart shown below list available colors, widths available { 1 3/16, 1 1//2, 2, 3, 4, 6 } for each color, and film thickness available for each color. More options are described below.

Other options include roll length, repeat length and image size.

We generally print rolls that are 500' or 1000' long, but we also produce "mini" rolls which can be as short as 10'.

There is a 2% ∓ tolerance on roll length.

Repeat length determines the "window" in which the image fits. We offer two repeat lengths - 19" and 38". Most designs can be arranged to fit into one of those lengths.

Image height is relative to the film width, and is determined by allowing a margin at the top and bottom of the image. We usually leave a minimum 1/4" margin at the top and bottom of the image.
