Excellent product and fast quality service

I searched high and low for Purple Caution tape! We use it to mark off the spot for our pit area when racing. Wanted to get purple since it’s our team color and everyone uses yellow or orange tape so it’s hard to distinguish your spot from the others! This was the only company I found with Purple and I love that I got to support a small business!

We were nervous to order from Canada, but their exceptional customer service and prompt profession responses gave us the confidence to place our order. Product was received quickly even through the customs process. It only took 1 week to receive from the time of the order. Very pleased with the quality of the product. I can’t say enough about the responsiveness of the customer service provided by Lisa Ruppert. I had placed a question over the weekend using the website and first thing Monday she is on it. She was far above all expectations in resolving my questions promptly so I could place the order. Loved her!
Unfortunately the shipping costs were also far above all expectations and very unreasonable with UPS. There should have been another option using USPS. It’s these kind of costs that drive people away to Amazon.
Dale, we appreciate your feedback. As of now, we are still using a pricing model that does not have the costs of shipping built into the product price and thus packaged as "free shipping". This has worked in the past and enables us to keep total out-the-door costs to a minimum for our customers. You bring up a good point about what customers expect in their shopping experience and we will continue to review our practices regarding shipping.
Updating my previous review on Shipping Costs - Customer Service Lisa was super helpful in looking into shipping costs for my order and was able to find and correct a UPS error and then issue a refund to me - Lisa's support was terrific - Thanks!

I opened the “Caution Wormhole Zone” tape this morning and was delighted.
It is just what I was hoping for. Your tape will be shipped with each of my treasurehunt games to families this Christmas, and they are going to LOVE stretching this across their trees, lawns, chimneys, etc. to warn others that a wormhole might open up right there in front of them.
