New orders:

After you have given your final approval to print and paid for the order, we'll schedule your items for production.  Once on the schedule, your items will be printed and shipped to your desired location normally within 5 - 7 business days.

Film Colors

• All of our film colors are available in medium-duty thickness (2-mil)
• Film colors available in heavy-duty thickness (4-mil):
  • Lime Green
  • Purple
  • White
  • Yellow
  • Orange
  • Red
  • Dark Blue
• Film colors available in tough-duty (3-mil):
  • Yellow

Ink Colors

Not all ink color/film color combinations work.

Colored ink works best on white film.

If your chosen combination is something we know to be problematic, we'll contact you directly to discuss options.  Black ink works on all film colors (except black!) and is included in the base pricing.  White and colored inks include a small additional cost reflected under the "Options" subtotal.

Film Duty

Plastic film thickness is measured in mils, or 1/1000ths of an inch

• Medium-duty film (2-mil) is suitable for all indoor applications and the most common outdoor applications.
• Heavy-duty film (4-mil) is appropriate for very long spans, unforgiving outdoor environments like high-wind areas, or for extended use (>1 year).

Printing Plate Size

Size selection should depend on how much text and artwork is intended to be printed.  There is no hard and fast rule.  19-inch plates are popular because they work for most applications.  If you want your images/text to appear extra large, a 38-inch plate may be better.

Before we print your order, you will receive a proof to review.  If the proof doesn't jibe well with you, ask us to see it sized differently.  There are no fees and no obligations to re-work the design for you until it's exactly what you want.

Uploaded artwork:

Our team will use any graphics you upload to design a proof and send it to you for review.  The simplest and best graphic files to upload are vector art files.  This is an illustration that shows what it looks like when we zoom in on different file types.  

Most graphics pulled from the web are in raster form.  

Vector graphic formats that are common include .svg, .wmf, .eps, .pdf, .cdr, or .ai.

We understand not everyone has vector art available.  We can work with whatever you have.  We'll put together a model design for you to see.  If you're not happy with the design, we'll rework it until it's just right.

If your artwork file contains a logo or graphic only and you would like text to be included in the design, enter it in this box.  For example, if you upload a logo but would like your business's phone number and address included, this is where you can include that information.
