A: 19 Years!
Q: How did you find your way here?
A: I responded to an ad in the local newspaper. At the time, the position was part-time working only a few hours a day.
Q: What kept you coming back for 19 years?
A: The customers, the people I work with, the variety of the work that we do, and the overall creativity involved. I love to create things. There is a lot of variety involved between projects, industries that we serve, and regional customers. We specialize in custom products so there's always something different.
Q: What is it like working with so much personalization?
A: It's very rewarding to design a product that fits a customer's use exactly. I like how our products improve our customers' businesses. I also find it rewarding getting to know our customers and their product needs. Personalization isn't too difficult when you have expertise on our products and processes. This helps me create a good fitting product for customers.
Q: So you specialize in printing, accounting, customer service... is there anything you don't do?
A: Spiders.
Q: When you're not at Highland, what are you likely to be doing?
A: I love spending time with my family and husband. I'm active with my church, and if the weather is nice, I might be golfing!
